What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I run IPG’s Cobble Hill office and I am focused on making IPG the top firm in this neighborhood.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? A good run without my phone usually does the trick.

Favorite book or author: “Heart of Darkness” is the book but Fitzgerald is my favorite author.

Favorite movie: “Apocalypse Now”

Last song you purchased/downloaded? “Ham Sandwich” by The Heligoats.

One word to describe your work environment: Frenzy.

Rules to live by in business: Don’t put off anything for tomorrow that can be done today.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? I would take Groucho Marx to get pizza at Luigi’s on 5th Ave. in Brooklyn.

What is your dream job? Novelist maybe? Perhaps professional snowboarder?
