What do you do now and what are you planning for the future: The Hudson Valley EDC is a regional marketing group representing eight counties between NYC and Albany. Our website,, contains 75 prime buildings and 42 shovel ready sites ready for development. In one year, we’ve been able to move 1.9 million s/f of space that has resulted in the creation of 3,900 jobs.

Hobbies: Working out at the gym, spending time with family, and visiting small towns and villages in the Hudson Valley on the weekends.

Favorite books: “The Richest Man in Babylon,” “A Time to Kill”

Person you most admire (outside of family): Austin Tobin. He was executive director of the Port Authority for decades.
