First job outside of real estate: I’ve never worked outside of real estate. I started as an administrative assistant at a title company right out of college.

First job in real estate or allied field:  Administrative assistant at New York Land Services, a title agency based in Manhattan, NY.

What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?  I currently head the Advantage Title national and international real estate transaction department. I intend to continue to grow this department by contributing the value of my work ethic and industry expertise to our clients’ transactions and hope to still exceed expectations along the way.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? By reading to my 15-month-old son before bedtime.

Favorite book or author: “She’s Come Undone” by Wally Lamb

Favorite movie: Drama: “Shawshank Redemption” –  Comedy: “What About Bob?”

Last song you purchased/downloaded? “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole (for a video I was making of my son’s first birthday)

One word to describe your work environment: Supportive

Rules to live by in business: The key to success depends on relationships. The way in which you engage colleagues, clients, professional superiors as well as subordinates, will determine the extent of your success. Productivity and results in business and in life depend, in large part, on our ability to engage respectfully and cooperatively with one another.
