What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Partner at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C. I plan on being with my firm for a long time.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Getting my political fix serving as the president of the Lexington Democratic Club, enjoying music with the Carnegie Hall Notables, participating in Tough Mudder and other charity runs, boxing, and exploring New York City with my wife.

Favorite book or author: “Steve Jobs” by Walter Isaacson – This book will awaken the entrepreneur in you. “The Power Broker” by Robert Caro – A terrific insight into New York.

Favorite movie: “Rebel without a Cause”

Last song you downloaded? “Como Te Deseo” by Mana (I don’t speak Spanish, but love this band.)

One word to describe your work environment: Awesome Rules to live by in business: Measure thrice, cut once. You can shear a sheep for life, but can only skin it once. Communicate…early and often.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Dinner with my late Grandfather Dr. John Goldberg in the Tap Room at the Pebble Beach Clubhouse. We’d probably spend more time putting on the carpet than eating.

What is your dream job? I love my job and my colleagues… now if I could transform my office into a golf course.
