What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I am striving to develop a successful zoning and land use practice at Rivkin Radler.  The firm has an excellent platform for growth.  My goal for the future is to become “THE” preeminent zoning attorney on Long Island.

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Spending time with my wife, Terri, and my three sons, Danny, Ryan and Sean.

Favorite book or author: Ernest Hemingway

Favorite movie: “It’s A Wonderful Life”

Last song you purchased/downloaded: “I’m Shipping Up to Boston” – Dropkick Murphys

One word to describe your work environment: Supportive

Rules to live by in business: “It is not fair to ask of others what you are not willing to do yourself.” – Eleanor Roosevelt; “There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect.” – Ronald Reagan

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? I would love to sit down for dinner with George Washington.  It would be interesting to share his thoughts on the growth and expansion of the United States and his point of view on politics in general.
