First job in real estate or allied field: I began my real estate career at Arcadia Land Company, where I was a project manager on a large scale master planned community. We had acquired a former Bethlehem Steel iron ore mine and planned the environmental remediation and master development including all utilities. Favorite movie: “The Fifth Element”
Last song you purchased/downloaded? Parlov Stelar album
One word to describe your work environment: Entrepreneurial
Rules to live by in business:Reputation is absolutely critical, and it is more important to sacrifice economic gain in favor of protecting your reputation. Life is too short to do something you don’t like or work in an environment that is destructive. Taking carefully measured risks is the best way to advance; I’m more in favor of consistently hitting singles and doubles than swinging for the fences.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Pete Peterson (Blackstone)
What is your dream job? Running my own successful business with great partners.
