What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As Director of Business Development I get to cultivate and maintain relationships with a wide range of service vendors and contractors in the real estate industry. There is something gratifying about working for an industry leader in the energy conservation field. With over 16 years experience in the boiler control/monitoring industry, we at EnTech take pride in saving our clients 15-50% of their fuel usage via our award winning web based controls.

One word to describe your work environment: Loaded

How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Go home, play piano, study the Talmud

Rules to live by in business: Be a team player, work hard, have a positive attitude, be honest and straightforward.

What is your dream job? Stay at home dad

Most recent book read: “Curious George” (to my kids)

Hobbies: Music, horseback riding, exercise, fixing around the house

Favorite president: Ronald Reagan

If you had to choose another vocation, what would it be? I would be comfortable with any career that is not “a job,” rather an occupation which brings about my unique traits that are nested in my subconscious. When others ask the question “what do you do for a living?” the concept of “a living” would not evoke a job title or function rather a job where I am hopefully utilizing my education, natural strengths and experiences and living life to the fullest while earning a living.

Rules to live by: Treat others like you would like to be treated.

Personal or business goal: Retire with plenty of money in the bank

Person you admire most (outside family): It’s hard to name one. In general, I admire self made people who are honest and faithful even in the face of adversity.
