  • Location: The Crown Building, 730 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
  • Birthplace: Long Island, NY

First job in real estate or allied field: Intern for Newmark Knight Frank, Washington, DC

What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I run the commercial department at Town Residential. We focus on retail leasing, office leasing and investment sales in New York City. I hope to continue to grow the business and maintain our reputation as a best-in-class full-service real estate brokerage. Our clients love us and I hope that never changes–only improves.

How do you unwind from a busy day? Dinner and a drink with my (new) wife! I got married last week and we love to just sit at the bar at all of the new restaurants around our apartment in NoMad.

Favorite book or author: Obviously, “Liar’s Ball” by Vicky Ward

Favorite movie: I have a lot. I love the original “Meet the Parents.” I literally cry laughing, and my wife refuses to watch because she feels to uncomfortable for him (Ben Stiller). It kills me.

Last song you purchased/downloaded? The new Phish album, “Big Boat”

One word to describe your work environment: Fun and high-energy.

Rules to live by in business: Be yourself. I am always myself and I am always honest and to the point.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? John Lennon at Peter Luger would be pretty cool.

What is your DREAM job? (something other than your current job) General manager of the New York Mets.
