What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I represent tenants for their office space needs in Manhattan and I am a trusted resource to all of my clients. I also train new brokers coming into the field to better position them to be successful in their own right. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Going home and playing with my dogs on my den floor with my wife, Nina. Also, deep philosophical conversations with my wife and cycling a few times a week are two other favorites of mine.

Rules to live by in business: Always do the right thing, the way you do anything is the way you do everything (aka – always put your best foot forward); Understand yourself and you’ll have a much better chance understanding others/clients.
