Participate in customer education, and the design and specification of cold liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing membrane systems. Future: To continue to serve as the expert for specifiers seeking long-term, built-to-last solutions for New York’s most challenging projects.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I like to relax with my family…When not with my family, I like to get on my custom Harley and ride out to the Robert Moses Pwy. crossing the Great South Bay on Long Island. I also like fishing and golfing, and on vacation, I scuba dive.

Rules to live by in business: Mind the golden rule, be honest, and be motivated to succeed.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? I’d take Donald Trump to Peter Luger’s steakhouse and explain how Trump’s success motivated me. Then I’d explain how our technology can reduce headaches.
