What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? With its roots in the burgeoning industrial market, which N.Y.C. and its boroughs experienced from the 1950s, Greiner-Maltz has been adapting to a changing market mix influenced by the increased demand for retail, office and residential development. Our detailed knowledge of the industrial marketplace has allowed us to command the forefront of this “conversion” market as industrial land has been converted to retail shopping centers, and industrial loft buildings have been converted to both office and residential condos.
